TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

The Travel Cancellation Insurance applies to nationals of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

If you withdraw for an insured reason from a travel booking or begin a trip late, we will replace the contractually owed cancellation costs or the outward-bound costs.

The insurance cannot be deducted from the travel price, it is a fixed component of the booking.

Insured risks e.g.:

  • Serious accidents, pregnancy
  • Unexpected and serious illness, death
  • Redundancy or short-time working
  • Reemployment or change of workplace
  • Significant damage to property
  • Divorce or court summons

PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE

The A-ROSA cancellation insurance can be purchased immediately upon reservation, but not later than 30 days prior to departure. If less than 30 days lay between the booking and the departure, the cancellation insurance must be purchased within three business days of the booking.

DEDUCTIBLE

The excess is 20% of the reimbursable damage and a minimum of € 25 per insured person.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE FOR ALL “PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE” BOOKINGS MADE BY 30 NOV 2018

For all bookings made by 30 Nov 2018 and with the “Premium all inclusive” rate the travel cancellation insurance is already included. The insurance applies to nationals of the European Economic Area and Switzerland. The insurance cannot be deducted from the travel price, it is a fixed component of the booking. The excess is 20% of the reimbursable damage and a minimum of € 25 per insured person.

FOR ALL “PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE” BOOKINGS MADE AFTER 30 NOV 2018 AND FOR BOOKINGS IN THE “BASIC” RATE WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING:

Insured risks e.g.:

  • Serious accidents, pregnancy
  • Unexpected and serious illness, death
  • Transport delay
  • Redundancy or short-time working
  • Reemployment or change of workplace
  • Significant damage to property
